I want to return my order

Have you received your order but are not satisfied? Then you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt.

Would you like to speak to someone in person? That's possible, our customer service is available.

I haven't received my order yet

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. Within the Netherlands, we ship all orders with track and trace. You will receive the tracking code by email, and you can also find it in your account. Check the tracking code to see where your package is.

If your order is shipped international, you may not have received a tracking code. In most cases, it is delivered the next business day, but sometimes orders take longer. In that case, we ask you to wait for the mail in the coming days.

Update: PostNL has recently started scanning orders before delivery. If Track & Trace indicates that the shipment has been delivered but you haven't received anything yet, we ask you to give your mail carrier some time.

If your order hasn't been delivered after 5 business days, please contact our customer service.

What is the delivery time for my order?

If you order and pay for your order on weekdays before 7:00 PM (CEST) and all products are in stock, we will ship your order the same day. You will always receive an email from us when the order is being processed and when it has been shipped. In most cases, you will receive your order the next business day. International orders may take a day longer to arrive.
