How can you order?

HELP-ICE.com is an online store aimed at both private and business customers. You don't need an account to order from us, but you can create an account from the order process to create a HELP-ICE profile, link a tag, download invoices, view order statuses, etc. Moreover, you don't have to re-enter your information each time you place an order, and in certain cases, you can choose alternative payment methods. You can create an account while placing an order or separately via this page.

You can order a product by adding it to your shopping cart. To do this, click the "Order" button in the product description. Once you've finished selecting products and want to complete the order, click "Checkout." Step 2 is to enter your information. Are you a new customer? Then you can choose to create an account or place a one-time order without an account. If you're already a customer, you can log in with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it via the "Forgotten password" button.

As a new customer, we require some information from you to process your order. For this purpose, we need your email address and your name and address (name, address, and city). You can also enter your phone number, but this is not required. If you would like to enter an alternative delivery address, please check the "Alternative delivery address" checkbox. Finally, we ask if you are interested in our newsletter. If you would like to create an account, you can enter a password at the bottom of this page to access your order and account later. After that, we will proceed to the payment section; more information about this can be found under the "Payment" heading.

Once you have entered everything, click "Continue with order." You will now arrive at the overview page where everything about your order is listed: the invoice and shipping information, the chosen payment method, newsletter subscriptions and general comments, and the products you require. Clicking "Checkout" will place your order. Depending on your chosen payment method, you will be redirected to the payment page or you will see the details you can use to complete the payment. You will also receive an email with an overview of your order and the information you entered. If you have any questions about this process, please contact customer service.

How can I pay?

During the checkout process, you will be asked to choose between various payment methods. At HELP-ICE.com, you can pay via Mollie with iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact, credit card, Klarna, Sofort, Giropay, on account (for businesses), or by bank transfer. Depending on certain choices you made during the checkout process, we may not display all payment methods. These payment methods are discussed step by step below.

iDeal/Wero

iDeal/Wero is European and a Dutch payment system supported by ABN Amro, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Regio Bank, and Triodos Bank. Payment is quick, simple, and completely secure. Moreover, we receive your payment immediately, so your order can be processed immediately.

PayPal

PayPal has developed the fastest payment method with Express CheckOut. Our site is connected to PayPal, allowing you to make the payment immediately. We charge you for this payment method, based on €0.35 per transaction, plus 3.6% of the order amount. This is in line with the fees we pay for this payment method. We receive your payment immediately after completion, so we can ship your order immediately.

Bancontact

Bancontact is the Belgian market leader in electronic payments. Payment is quick, simple, and completely secure. Moreover, we receive your payment immediately, so your order can be processed immediately.

Credit Card

Credit cards are the most widely used online payment method worldwide. You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. We receive your payment immediately after completion, so we can ship your order immediately.

Sofort and GiroPay

For our German customers, we've added the payment methods Sofort and GiroPay to the payment process.

On Account for Businesses

Businesses can order on account. This means that the order you place with us will be shipped directly to you, and the invoice will be emailed to you, which you can pay within the mutually agreed-upon payment period.

Bank Transfer

While bank transfer is not available during checkout, we do offer the option to pay by bank transfer in the email notification you receive about your order. This is only possible if payment using one of the payment methods above is not successfully completed. Please be aware that there will be a slightly longer waiting period for the payment to be processed.

Gift Card

Did you receive a gift card or voucher? Enter the gift card code at checkout. The amount will be deducted immediately from the remaining balance. If your gift card is sufficient, no payment is required for the remaining balance; you do not need to select another payment method. If there is still a remaining balance, you can choose one of the payment methods above.

In all cases, you can cancel your order if it hasn't been processed yet. If you have any questions about this or any of the above, please contact customer service.
