HELP-ICE offers trust, a safe, reassuring feeling for parents or caregivers if your child or young person gets lost, or encounters an emergency.

Direct, effective, and quick action by passersby or emergency responders in the event of loss, a situation, or an emergency. Simply tap the HELP-ICE icon with NFC or scan the QR code or mobile button to open the HELP-ICE Profile with essential (medical) information, instructions, navigation, home location, alarm or 112 button, and ICE contacts to call you directly in the event of a situation or emergency involving passersby or emergency responders.

• In a situation where a HELP-ICE young user needs help, they can also alert passersby or emergency responders to a HELP-ICE item containing essential information.
• In an unsafe or emergency situation, HELP-ICE young users can use the HELP-ICE mobile button to directly call the emergency services/112 button or the ICE contacts.

When HELP-ICE navigation to their home location is initiated, an alert email is automatically sent to the ICE contact(s). HELP-ICE, combined with a GPS tracker, can receive an alert audio signal, making it easy to locate a missing child or young person.

In just 3 minutes, the user can complete their personal HELP-ICE profile and activate the wearable items. Easy to use, subscription-free, waterproof, and battery-free.

HELP-ICE wearable items are available as plastic cards, neck/key hangers, pins & stickers, or digitally as mobile buttons, wallet cards, PDFs, or paper prints, and can be ordered directly online.
