The HELP-ICE card or pendant is designed to provide a sense of security while traveling and can be helpful in an emergency.

The HELP-ICE plastic card, neck/key ring, pin & sticker, or digitally via the Mobile Button, wallet card, PDF on your mobile phone, or as a paper printout contains important information about you to help you.

HELP-T SHOWS

• Your name and date of birth
• Your contacts to call directly
• The route navigation button to get you home
• Important information on how best to interact with you and help you
• An emergency button to call 112 or the emergency number

If you find yourself in an (emergency) situation, bystanders can immediately tap your HELP-ICE card, sticker, or pendant with their mobile phone, scan the QR code, or see how they can best help you via the paper printout or on your mobile phone via the HELP-ICE Mobile Button!
