HELP-ICE stands for the safety of all (vulnerable) children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in the event of an emergency.

Quick, effective action prevents worse through effectiveness. HELP-ICE users have more confidence in safety, mobility, and self-reliance, resulting in improved well-being and health. It indirectly reduces the burden on family, caregivers, healthcare providers, and first responders.

Multi-purpose, self-directed, sharing essential information, and HELP-ICE wearable items available as plastic cards, neck/key rings, pins, and stickers, or digitally as mobile buttons, wallet cards, PDFs, or paper prints.

 

  • HELP-ICE immediately displays essential information, instructions, navigation to the home location, the emergency/emergency response (alarm/112) button, and ICE contacts in the event of an emergency to passersby or emergency responders.

 

  • When HELP-ICE starts navigation to the home location, HELP-ICE requests confirmation from the passerby or emergency responder, and an email alert is automatically sent to the designated ICE contact(s).

 

  • HELP-ICE users can also alert passersby or emergency responders to HELP-T with essential information in an emergency.

 

  • In an unsafe/emergency situation, HELP-ICE users can directly call the emergency/emergency response (alarm/112) button or ICE contacts via the HELP-ICE mobile button.

 

  • When HELP-ICE is combined with a GPS tracker, the user can receive an audible alert, making it easy to locate a missing user/child.
