HELP-ICE offers portable items such as a plastic card, neck/key ring, pin & sticker, or digitally as a mobile button, wallet card, PDF, or paper printout that can be carried or taken by the user.

Passers-by or emergency responders can take immediate action in an emergency or emergency by tapping the HELP-ICE icon with NFC technology with their mobile phone or scanning the QR code and taking targeted action. HELP-T instantly displays the person's profile page on the mobile phone of passersby or emergency responders, including their name, essential (medical) information and instructions, an alarm or 112 button, navigation to their home address, and various ICE contacts who can be called immediately.

HELP-ICE users can also alert passersby or emergency responders to the HELP-ICE item in a situation, or use the mobile button to directly call the alarm/112 button or ICE contacts.
